How do I pick the right size for my pet?

Check the size guide and measurements listed on each product page before ordering — dimensions, weight ranges, and materials are spelled out there. If you are between sizes or unsure how to measure, email us with your pet's measurements and we will help you choose.

Do you carry products for both cats and dogs?

Yes — that is the point of CellosPets. We built one store with two clearly sorted aisles: the Dog Shop and the Cat Shop. Every product is labeled by species, so you are never guessing whether something was made for your pet.

How do you choose what to sell?

We curate rather than stock everything. Our team reviews products for materials, durability, and how they hold up to real daily use with cats and dogs — and we skip anything that does not pass. The result is a smaller, more deliberate selection of 68 products across 18 categories.

How do I contact support?

By email — it is how we handle all support, and it means your question gets a thoughtful answer from a real person instead of a rushed chat reply. Send us your order number and your question, and we will get back to you.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If your tracking has not updated or you cannot find the email, reach out and we will look it up for you.
